The valet staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
I stayed for two nights, and the overall experience was frustrating. The room I had was not thoroughly cleaned, as evidenced by a clump of hair left behind on the floor. Additionally, I found a coffee pod that fell out of the robe next to the shower, indicating it hadn't been replaced from the last guest. These cleanliness issues made my stay less enjoyable than I had anticipated.

The front desk and valet staff were amazing! They were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The decor and art in the room were fantastic, making it a special place, especially during family weekend at College of Charleston. However, the coffee maker in the room didn't work well, but I didn't pursue a replacement. The location couldn't be better, with close proximity to King Street shopping and dining.

A warm welcome and stylish decor
Upon entering, I was greeted by the friendly Dakota, who offered stellar dining recommendations. The hotel's unique art-filled ambiance was both charming and invigorating. I truly appreciated the wine bar vibes, adding a special touch to my stay.
However, the coffee maker’s malfunction made mornings a bit sluggish. I also wished for a more spacious room as it felt slightly cramped considering the incredible price.

Amazing staff and artsy vibes!
The staff here is super friendly and helpful, which made our stay so much better! Loved the unique room decor and all the cool art around. We enjoyed drinks at the rooftop lounge, but service was kinda slow, taking forever for my wine to arrive. Great location near shopping and dining!

The Atrium King Room was spacious and had cool decor with unique art everywhere, which felt special. The bed was super comfy! The room cooled down nicely after being there for a day. The only downside was the coffee maker didn’t work well, but that didn’t ruin it for me.

Stay in an Atrium King Room. Beautiful decor and unique art throughout. Rooftop bar had great views, but service was quite slow. Loved the bicycle rental option for exploring nearby attractions. The room didn't feel spacious enough for the price.
